"A life has no meaning except in the impact it has on other lives."

- Jackie Robinson

The Delaware Roadrunners Select Baseball team was founded in 2005 by Ed Zitvogel, II as a 12U travel baseball team.  The team had a .600 winning percentage over a 35 game tournament schedule (21-14).  The team progressed throughout the season culminating in a runner-up finish in our last tournament the Sand Castle Open.  All 35 games were played at Sports at the Beach (SATB) in Georgetown, Delaware where we set a SATB record for homeruns in a season with 60. Also every player hit over .300 for the year.  The team also played in a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park in Cooperstown, NY.  Learn more about us.
